CKS Advisors Managing Partner Elizabeth Evans brings more than 25 years of experience in business development, investment banking and private equity investing. Her career has been significantly focused on the buy-side of investment banking with several of the top private equity groups in the country. Her current role with the CKS Advisors team is to lead a buy-side practice on a national level while providing solid advice to the entire investment process.
Prior to joining CKS Advisors, she spent more than 10 years as the president of Stone Soup Capital, Inc. There she was an advisor to private equity teams, high net worth individuals and family offices doing business in the renewable energy, clean technology, media and transportation sectors. Before starting her own firm, she reported directly to Marvin Davis in Los Angeles providing M&A advisory in the gaming and leisure sectors.
Professional Licenses: Evans holds a Series 7, Series 63 and Series 79 with FINRA.
Education: Evans has a Masters of International Management in Finance from the American Graduate School of International Management and a B.A. from Bowdoin College. She is proficient in German and has completed graduate-level work in Japanese.
Community Service: As a community advocate, Evans has worked as a volunteer with recently diagnosed cancer patients through the American Cancer Society and also advises recent graduates through the Bowdoin Career Advisory Network.
