Elizabeth Evans is an accomplished professional with more than 25 years of experience in business development, investment banking and private equity investing. She has spent a significant amount of her career on the buy-side of investment banking with some of the top private equity groups and family offices in the country.
As part of CKS Advisors, Elizabeth works with the team to lead a buy-side practice on a national level while providing solid advice to the entire investment process.
Before joining CKS Advisors Elizabeth spent more than 12 years advising private equity teams, high net worth individuals and family offices doing business in the transportation, healthcare, media, restaurant and renewable energy sectors. Prior to starting her own firm, she reported directly to Marvin Davis in Los Angeles providing M&A advisory in the gaming and leisure sectors.
As a community advocate, Elizabeth has worked as a volunteer with recently diagnosed cancer patients through the American Cancer Society and also advises recent graduates through the Bowdoin Career Advisory Network.
She has a Masters of International Management in Finance from the American Graduate School of International Management and a B.A. from Bowdoin College. She is proficient in German and has completed graduate-level work in Japanese.
Elizabeth holds a Series 7, Series 63 and Series 79 with FINRA.
