Paul StringerManaging Director

For over 20 years Paul has assumed management, corporate leadership and business ownership roles in investment banking, private equity and other service industries.  His diverse and entrepreneurial background gives him unique insight into his clients’ business and personal goals.

Having operated and sold multiple companies of his own, Paul understands first-hand the importance of running a professional process and the challenges that owners face as they look to exit.  Also, having made both platform and add-on acquisitions for his own businesses, Paul understands the importance of strategic and cultural fit.

Prior to joining CKS, Paul held executive positions with Phoenix-based private equity, DeNovo Partners, France-based consulting group, Epsilon, and several of his own firms.  His expertise  includes business strategy, structuring company sale transactions, capital raises, debt placements and LBOs.

Paul is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), an active member of several charities in the Phoenix area, and an advocate for entrepreneurialism as a path from poverty.

Education: Paul received his Master of Finance from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and his MBA from the W.P. Carey School at ASU.
