(“Newgaard Mechanical”) has been acquired by Pueblo Mechanical and Controls, LLC (“Pueblo”) and their financial sponsor Huron Capital. Newgaard Mechanical is an HVAC service business based in Chandler, Arizona, specializing in commercial HVAC tenant improvements, industrial HVAC systems, plumbing systems, as well as maintenance of HVAC equipment. CKS Securities served as the exclusive financial advisor to Newgaard Mechanical. Pueblo will continue to operate Newgaard Mechanical as a division of Pueblo, adding services to Pueblo’s primary lines of business. “We are very pleased to have been able to partner with Pueblo since they are one of the industry’s leading providers of comprehensive HVAC services.
