Spectrum Mechanical is a market-leader in HVAC solutions for the design, installation, maintenance, and service of commercial HVAC systems throughout Arizona. Spectrum serves a broad spectrum of clientele, including: commercial/retail spaces, high-rise buildings, student housing, multi-family, high-end condos, healthcare facilities, hospitality, education, automotive industry, and houses of worship. The company has longstanding direct customer relationships with many general contractors, property owners, and managers. CKS Securities served as the exclusive financial advisor to Spectrum Mechanical.
